Diffraction optical elements and computer synthesized holograms

Manufacturing of computer synthesized holograms, diffraction optical elements and micro-optics the method of direct laser-beam recording on the films of chromium or photoresist with a subsequent transfer of the microstructure onto the surface of a quartz substrate using reactive ionic etching.
